Here are some of the most common questions related to our website and products.
All our plugins come with an installer that places the file into proper directories. Just follow the steps in the installer you’ll be good. In case the files come in a zip archive please follow the instructions in Instructions.txt file.
Windows: Steinberg, the people who make the VST3 format say: “The VST3 format has a dedicated installation path all VST3 plug-ins must comply with.” This means that all our VST3 plugins are installed by default at:
Windows 64bit VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
Mac OS: ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins
Yes, every one of our plugin comes in demo mode.
The demo version of the plugin has all the features except their settings cannot be saved and recalled in a DAW session.

Click on the top-right Menu Button. Look for the “Register” option. This means the plugin is not authorized and is in demo mode. After successful authorization this option changes to “Un-register“
Make sure you have an internet connection. Click on the top-right menu button and then click Register option from the drop down menu. Enter your Delphi DSP account Email and the License Key for the plugin that you received when you bought the plugin (check My Account section for the License Keys of the purchased products). Then click Register button. Delete all instances of the plugin and reload for the license to take effect.
Make sure you have an internet connection. If you have a plugin already registered then click on the top-right menu button. Then from the drop down menu click Un-register option. Close and reload the plugin.
Yes. You can have a license key active simultaneously on maximum of 2 machines.
In case you are not able to authorize our plugin, It could be because our server is inactive. This problem is usually temporary. Try authorizing your plugin after sometime. Contact our support ([email protected]) if the issue persists.

Yes, you can absolutely raise a refund request here. Please read our Refund and Return Policy to know what conditions need to be fulfilled before raising a request for refund.
We use Paypal and Stripe to collect payments for our products. You can either pay through your Paypal or your debit/credit card with stripe. We support cards issued by major companies like Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.
All the communication between our website and the payment service provider is encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). We don’t store your card or payment information on our server. All the payment info is handled by Paypal and Stripe.
In that case set the shop currency to our local currency INR and pay with your debit/credit card. Your card issuer will impose some additional charge for the currency conversion. For example if you’re from Canada and you hold Canadian Dollars in you bank account. Your card issuer (Visa, Mastercard etc.) will deduct the cart amount + a currency conversion fee from your account.
Note: Make sure you have enabled international transactions on your card.
