Refund Policy

This is our Refund Policy. If have purchased or are about to purchase one of our products please read the following to know under which conditions we offer refund for your order.

We sell software like audio plugins and standalone audio apps. All our products are available in trial or demo mode on our website. The trial version of the products we sell are generally fully featured as the paid version but there are some minor limitations. Limitations like time limitations, inability to save the settings etc. These limitations don’t make the trial versions drastically different from the paid ones. You can still download and try the software and all it’s features before deciding to make a purchase.

In case you made a purchase and are not fully satisfied with the product, you can raise a refund request on our website with the relevant order details. We will take your request into consideration and refund the money to your account. Please go to our Refund Request page to raise a request.

The following conditions need to be satisfied in order for the refund request to be completed.

  • You must raise a refund request within 5 days from the order date.
  • The license keys(s) of all the products you want the refund for must be un-registered from all the computers you previously registered it on. See our FAQs page for more information on how to un-register our software.

When these two conditions meet, only then we will initiate the refund for your order. Otherwise your refund request will be rejected.
